Situation The paddock is situated off the Ashby Road / Main Street through the centre of the village and is accessed via a tarmac drive and small bridge over the stream known locally as Breedon Brook. It was further noted; "that even if all of the allocated sites are released, there is still a potential shortfall of 118 dwellings over this 5 year period". In addition it was commented that due to outstanding issues at Leicester Road Ashby de la Zouch the situation could be further exacerbated.
