A planning application for conversion of redundant buildings to B1 use and associated storage was refused on 27th February 2007 however subsequent correspondence with planning officers at North West Leicestershire District Council suggests a more sympathetic re use of existing buildings would be deemed favourable, namely their replacment with oak framed structures or similar.
